Returns and Exchanges
We can gladly provide an exchange or refund of your recent purchase within five days of receiving your item. The five days is based on tracking information from the courier. The item cannot be worn, modified or damaged in any way. Protective covering of crystal, buckle and caseback must not have been removed. Contact us via email before sending anything back to obtain a Return Authorization number, write this on the outside of the package. Once we receive the returned merchandise and it's been reentered in to our system a refund or credit will be made. We have reserved the right to charge a 10.00% restocking fee.
Upon returning the merchandise please insure the package for the full retail value as we are not responsible or liable for items which are lost or damaged in transit prior to our acceptance.
Pre-orders are all sales final: Due to the nature of the order and the discounted price we reserve the right to not offer returns or refunds for any item which has been ordered prior to accepting standard retail sales, 11/1/2015. Exchanges may be permitted, please email us to discuss.
We ship most, if not all, domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number and signature confirmation.
For all, unless discussed before hand, we ship DHL Express with signature confirmtion. For Canada or if you accept the risk, we can use USPS as well. Our concern is safety and reliability when delivering your watch or accessories.
Please note that customs is different in every country and that you may be charged additional duties and fees in addition to the $30 shipping fee. Those fees are not determined, nor are they collected, by Seals Watch Company LLC and are your responsibility.
We accept most credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and will accept Paypal of course.
Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within California.
We reserve the right to request further information for credit card processing on any order placed with us. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed by, in our judgment, fraudulent buyers.
We stand by our products and offer a two year, limited warranty on the watches. This warranty does not cover leather goods, normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents or negligence. This warranty is rendered void if work is carried out on the watch by persons who are not authorized to do so by Seals Watch Company LLC.
